These Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Wills Connect Affiliate Programme.
By applying to or participating in the Affiliate Programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. The Affiliate Programme
2.1 The Affiliate Programme allows approved affiliates (“Affiliates”) to promote Wills Connect services using unique tracking links, referral codes, or approved marketing materials.
2.2 Affiliates may earn commission on qualifying purchases made by users who access Wills Connect through their referral link, subject to these Terms.
2.3 Participation in the Affiliate Programme is not an employment, partnership, agency, or joint venture relationship.
3. Eligibility & Approval
3.1 To join the Affiliate Programme, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have legal capacity to enter into contracts
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
3.2 We reserve the right to:
- Approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion
- Suspend or terminate an Affiliate account at any time in accordance with these Terms
3.3 Charities, organisations, content creators, professionals, and individuals may apply, subject to approval.
4. Affiliate Responsibilities
4.1 Affiliates must:
- Act honestly, professionally, and in good faith
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including advertising and consumer protection laws
- Ensure all promotional content is clear, fair, and not misleading
4.2 Affiliates must not:
- Provide legal advice or imply they are authorised to do so
- Misrepresent Wills Connect, its services, pricing, or guarantees
- Use spam, misleading claims, pressure tactics, or deceptive practices
- Bid on Wills Connect branded keywords in paid advertising without written permission
- Use Wills Connect branding in a way that suggests ownership or endorsement beyond the Affiliate Programme
5. Permitted Promotion
5.1 Affiliates may promote Wills Connect via:
- Websites
- Social media platforms
- Email marketing (where recipients have consented)
- Educational or informational content
- Approved offline materials
5.2 All promotion must:
- Be responsible and appropriate given the sensitive nature of wills and estate planning
- Make clear that Wills Connect provides online will-writing services, not bespoke legal advice
5.3 We may provide marketing assets, guidance, or suggested wording. Use of these materials is optional unless stated otherwise.
6. Tracking & Attribution
6.1 Affiliates are provided with unique tracking links or codes.
6.2 Commission is attributed where:
- A user accesses Wills Connect via the Affiliate’s tracking link or code, and
- A qualifying transaction is completed within the applicable tracking period
6.3 We are not responsible for lost or untracked referrals due to:
- Cookie deletion
- Browser restrictions
- Ad blockers
- Incorrect or modified links
Our tracking systems are final and authoritative.
7. Commission & Payments
7.1 Commission rates:
- Are set out on the Affiliate dashboard or affiliate landing pages
- May vary by product, campaign, or fulfilment type
- Are subject to change with reasonable notice
7.2 Commission becomes eligible only when:
- Payment has been successfully completed by the referred customer
- Any applicable refund or cooling-off period has passed
- No breach of these Terms has occurred
7.3 Commission may be:
- Pending
- Accrued
- Payable
- Paid
(as reflected in the Affiliate dashboard)
7.4 We reserve the right to:
- Withhold or reverse commission for refunded, cancelled, fraudulent, or non-compliant transactions
- Delay payment where verification checks are required
8. Taxes
8.1 Affiliates are responsible for:
- Declaring and paying any tax, VAT, or other charges arising from commission earned
- Ensuring compliance with HMRC or applicable tax authorities
We do not provide tax advice.
9. Charity Affiliates
9.1 Where an Affiliate is a registered charity:
- Commission may be treated as a donation or contribution, depending on the arrangement
- Gift Aid eligibility (if any) is the responsibility of the charity
9.2 Charity affiliates must ensure compliance with charity law and fundraising regulations.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 All intellectual property rights in:
- The Wills Connect platform
- Branding
- Content
- Marketing materials
remain the property of We Serve You Limited.
10.2 Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use approved materials solely for promoting Wills Connect under these Terms.
11. Confidentiality & Data Protection
11.1 Affiliates must not:
- Access, collect, or store personal data of Wills Connect users
- Attempt to identify or contact referred users outside the platform
11.2 All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Suspension & Termination
12.1 We may suspend or terminate an Affiliate account immediately where:
- These Terms are breached
- Misrepresentation or misleading promotion occurs
- Fraud, abuse, or unethical behaviour is suspected
12.2 On termination:
- All licences to use Wills Connect branding cease
- Outstanding commission may be forfeited where breaches have occurred
12.3 Affiliates may terminate participation at any time by contacting us.
13. Disclaimers
13.1 Wills Connect does not guarantee:
- Any minimum level of commission
- Conversion rates or earnings
13.2 Services are provided “as is” and subject to availability.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We Serve You Limited shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses arising from participation in the Affiliate Programme
- Our total liability shall not exceed the commission paid to the Affiliate in the preceding 12 months
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation in the Affiliate Programme constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
